At The Linguists' Studio, you'll find a jolly bunch of language lovers. We travel extensively, immerse ourselves in the local culture, add knowledge to our linguistic toolbox, and enjoy life every day. Our ethos is simple: Passion, Integrity, and Excellence. Through our work, we live out our ethos and put our passion for language at the heart of the work we do. As a team, we are continuously moving forward, innovating, and connecting with others. We focus on delivering our very best in all we do, holding ourselves accountable for results. Integrity is at the core of our work and we take great pride in our commitment to transparency, sincerity, and ethical reporting.

We started the Linguists' Studio on a rainy day in March 2014, as a way to connect our research work with real-world applications. Working as research assistants, we were involved in the full research cycle -- we formulated hypotheses, collected data, crunched numbers, handled project grants, wrote papers, and presented them at conferences and seminars. By applying theory to practice, we solved pertinent issues and implemented our ideas into real-world situations. Our efforts snowballed and additional projects which involved publishing, writing assessments, editing manuscripts, and conducting language workshops landed on our desks.

On Boxing Day 2014, while having chocolate crepe cakes and really good cappuccino at a crowded coffeehouse in New York, we reflected on the work we were doing and it was time to take things further. After thanking our professors and mentors and feeling encouraged by their words, we left our full-time jobs. We found a co-working office space, hired our first intern, and branded ourselves as The Linguists' Studio. It's been quite a ride since then.
