Vocabulary Acquisition
Acquisition of vocabulary is goes hand in hand with acquiring a strong foundation in grammar. Successful language learners often strategize their vocabulary acquisition and practice while continuing to expand their vocabulary via incidental learning. Acquiring adequate and essential vocabulary in the target language enables smooth communication and successful contextualised applications.
We teach two versions of this course. The first is suitable for learners as it focuses on the features and strategies of vocabulary acquisition and the second course covers pedagogical and curriculum applications for teachers and trainers.
